Freightliner Felixstowe
Freightliner operates rail services from all three terminals owned by the Port of Felixstowe, with an average yearly volume of 400,000 containers transported. From Felixstowe, we offer services to Birmingham (including Birmingham Intermodal Freight Terminal), Cardiff, Coatbridge, Ditton, Doncaster, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Teesport.
Freightliner’s offices in Felixstowe, based in Dunlin House, are home to a number of Administrative Finance, Commercial and HR colleagues. For the Commercial Team members based in this office, the location gives them convenient and easy access to major transport links, as well as being in close proximity to Freightliner and Pentalver’s operations in the South East.
Importantly, this arm of our Commercial Team being based in Felixstowe, gives our customers in the South East a local contact, who is on hand to assist if needed and has an established working relationship with the Port of Felixstowe.

Our Bonded ETSF (former ERTS) operation in Felixstowe is located just outside the port boundary with excellent road access. Services offered at this 27 acre facility include container storage, container maintenance and repair, reefer services and our cargo handling department.
